90 days from date of graduation pending results of first exam; renewable up to 6 months for endorsement applicants (must hold valid license in another state)

unlimited number of times within 2 years, 1 year reexams

 Continuing Education Requirements
nurses not actively employed in past 5 years must have completed refresher program within past 2 years, 400 hours of practice in past 2 years or 1,000 hours in past 5 years; 30 contact hours every 2 years for RN; 24 for LPN
